Dawsongroup plc – HR Administration Assistant
Dawsongroup plc is a leading asset rental company; a growing organisation employing over 800 staff nationwide with offices throughout the UK and a developing presence in Europe.
Based within the Personnel department at our head office in Tongwell, Milton Keynes, we are recruiting for a HR Administration Assistant. You will provide efficient administration assistance to the Personnel Department with an emphasis on keeping accurate and updated personnel and recruitment records as of staff for all Group companies. Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating personnel records for all Group companies
- Collating all information relating to new and leaving employees, ensuring all forms are completed accurately and in full
- Assist with the preparation of recruitment offer letters and contracts
- Seek and process references for all new employees
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of HR processes and will be qualified to CIPD Level 3.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise work load and work well under pressure. You will have excellent administrative skills with experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
Full and current driving licence would be advantageous.
