Located in West London, you'll be working for a construction company as a HR Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is customer focused, driven and an experienced HR Administrator.
Your new role
Your role will be responsible for providing a HR administration support to the organisation. You will be responsible for the employee lifecycle issuing contracts of employment and offer letters, coordinating probation reviews and carrying out exit interviews and issuing leaver letters. Your role will involve monitoring employee files, maintenance of absence and holiday records. You will coordinate recruitment including advertising roles, arranging interviews and making offers of employment. You will also coordinate training requests from managers, arranging training and informing attendees of details and updating training completed.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional who has operated within a busy environment. Candidates will have a proven experience of working in a HR administration, with particular emphasis on accurate record keeping, data processing and HR systems. They will possess a high quality and pro-active service to all customers and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
