Fulltime, temporary role for 3 months
York city centre
£9.20 - £10 p/h depending on experience

Duties:
*To provide admin support to the HR&OD team during GDPR program
*Answer phones and queries from visitors to the department, providing accurate information, taking messages and signposting as appropriate.
*Support the recruitment processes eg booking interviews, greeting candidates, checking documents, liaising with candidates
*Support the L&D team by assisting setting up training sessions, printing and collating documents and recording data as appropriate
*Support the CSR and Internal Comms team by helping with activities across the York office eg desk drops, collating information etc

Skills/Qualifications: MUST have previous HR/Recruitment experience
*Professional communication skills including over the phone, face to face and in writing.
*High level of competence in MS Applications
*Comprehensive awareness and experience of working in a confidential HR & OD environment
*Good understanding of the employee journey and key touchpoints with the HR & OD team
