Our client based towards Maidstone are seeking an HR Admin with a background in HR related paperwork to join the team on a interim role for 3-6 months

Duties include:

*Dealing with all HR related paperwork
*Project work: writing and enforcing new policies such as Working from Home and Flexible working as well as writing up new procedures for all absences from work.
* Auditing all employees’ personal details, ensuring all Right to Work documents are valid and comply with GDPR
*Reporting: pay changes within the last year, individuals

The ideal candidate will have a HR background and an understanding of GPDR legislation. The role is interim and therefore needs and immediate candidate
