This HR Administrator is located within our People Services Organisation based in Uxbridge, supporting Belgium and Luxembourg business. This role is a combination of being the first point of contact for our CCE employees in country regarding their HR Queries, as well as providing Administrative Support for the production of employment contracts, letters and updating our internal HR system (Employee Central). We are specifically looking for a French speaker to join our team, to support the French speaking employees in Belgium and Luxembourg.

The HR Administrator will be the first point of contact for the resolution of HR queries and requests that are received via phone, email, and web request. The role has a number of tools to support answering the HR queries including Call Center Scripts, job aids, FAQ’s and Desk Top Procedures (DTP). The role will support managers with using the CCE intranet, answering questions of policies and dealing with all related queries. For this part of the role to HR Administrator will support both countries.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for; ensuring compliance with company procedures and local legislation, the accurate and timely provision of contract production for internal moves and external new hires, and the HR system updating of personal data and organizational structure changes. For this element of the role it is essential to build strong working relationships with the internal recruiters, the HR Business Partners and the local payroll teams. For this part to the role the HR Administrator will support the French letters and contracts.

The role will work with a number of technical systems such as SuccessFactors, Employee / Manager Self-Service, Case Management system, Recruitment tool and Telephony. The role may also include project work, coaching and training of team members and translations.
