A housing association with a portfolio of approximately 30,000 properties is currently seeking to take on two project workers within their young persons foyer in Dorchester. The organisation is a main player within the sector and this role could progress into a permanent position following the initial temporary period.
Your role within the project will be extremely varied- the client group you will be working with is predominantly young people aged 16-25 who are care-leavers or who have a history of offending behavior and substance misuse. Your previous experience working with complex cases in a supported housing setting will be extremely beneficial. Your day to day tasks will be diverse so you must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
