Sales Support Manager Opportunity for an expanding Housing Association in Gloucester

Your new role

As a sales support manager you will be working on a full time basis (35 hours per week) in Gloucester. As a sales support manager you will ensure the delivery of a customer focused sales support service, specifically looking at the management of the delivery of quality standards. As a sales support manager you will lead a team of enthusiastic vibrant sales support officers. You will ensure that corporate objectives in relation to the customer journey and sales income is achieved. As a sales support manager you will design and deliver service improvements, establishing plans and targets and taking detailed analysis of customer satisfaction surveys, ensuring the best service is achieved. As a sales support manager you will manage the sales conveyance process to ensure legal documentation related to sales progression is executed with accuracy and in a timely manner. You will ensure the sales team maintains 24/7 customer contact managing the teams on a rota basis.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you must have previous experience with working in a housing association and have strong team leadership qualities. To be a successful sales support manager you must have proven experience in working in a customer focused environment and have proven experience of budget management, knowledge of legal conveyancing process and proven experience in house sales conveyancing processes.
