Housing Projects Officer
Salary: £24,174 - £26,822 Pro-Rata
Contract: Permanent, Part Time (22.2 hours per week)

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake key projects to support our Housing Service to achieve their objectives, targets and performance measures. This will include undertaking projects aimed at increasing the supply of affordable housing and increasing housing options for people in housing need. You’ll also play a key role in supporting and developing housing strategies, policies and procedures as well as assisting with the development of the Housing web pages.
With a good standard of education and ideally, a formal Housing Qualification, you’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a good understanding of public relations. Project management experience will be essential to the success of this role and you’ll need to be confident managing conflicting priorities and working on your own initiative.
You’ll also need a driving licence and be able to travel as required (reasonable adjustments may be possible according to the Equality Act).
