Position: Interim Housing Options Officer

If you have vast previous experience in Housing Options/Needs, providing advice and solutions for the homeless then we've got the job for you.

You will be providing customers with housing advice with a strong focus on homelessness prevention; seeing customers through all stages of the process including personalised housing plans and a decision on their homeless application if prevention or relief has not been possible.

The role is full-time, working 37 - 40 hours per week.

Do you have…

  • Background in homelessness prevention casework
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Housing Law and Section 184 of the Housing Act
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of case management systems
