Housing Officer

Sellick Partnership is working with a renowned organisation based in Walsall who is looking for a number of Housing Officers to join their team. Both temporary permanent, part time and full time posts are available.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Providing an efficient housing management service to tenants
  • Carrying out home visits
  • Conducting sign ups and viewings for void properties
  • Monitoring rent arrears
  • Dealing with ASB issues
  • Helping tenants sustain their tenancies
  • Dealing with breaches of tenancies

The successful candidate will hold a full UK driver's license.
