Lead, manage, develop and quality assure the Asset Management and Repairs function across Aberdeenshire Council Housing stock maximising the value and potential income from the Housing Estate and ensuring compliance with all current and emerging legislation.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
