Specialising in off-site modular construction which would comprise of pre-finished timber and steel frames, they continue to deliver quality projects on time and within budget. With over 30 years' experience this Tyrone based contractor strive to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, helping them to grow year on year to become one of Northern Irelands leading building contractors. Due to the increased work load, they currently seek a Housing Manager to join their growing team.
Your new role
As a Housing Manager you will be tasked with managing the off-site construction builds and their transfer to site. You will be a highly organised individual who holds the ability to successfully be a vital between the head office site and relevant project and design teams throughout the UK and Ireland. Being based in head office you must also be able to visit a range of sites so therefore you should have a willingness to travel.
What you'll need to succeed
As a Housing Management you will be responsible for the supervision of trades at manufacturing stage, as well as organising the logistics for deliveries to project location. Ideally you should be coming from a trade or engineering background and hold a valid CSR Site Supervisor (or equivalent).
