A part time 12-month secondment opportunity has arisen in the role of Housing Manager in the Leaseholders Services team.
This challenging role will involve managing the section of the team dealing with consultation and billing of major works, alteration applications, requests for lease extensions and purchase of freeholds.
The successful candidate will have previous managerial experience, well honed-problem solving and decision making skills and a high level of customer focus, together ideally with knowledge of public sector leasehold housing legislation and experience of section 20 consultation, service charge billing and recovery.
One of the key aims and objectives is to improve leasehold satisfaction levels. Therefore, the ability to work closely with the neighbourhood, repairs and technical project teams to ensure that the best possible communications with, and outcomes, for leaseholders is achieved, is critical.
