Housing Development Project Manager

Location: Leigh, Greater Manchester.
Salary: £34,441- £43,659 per annum. Salary Scale 36-45.
Contract: Full time, 9.00am - 5.00pm (flexitime), Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week or 8.00am - 6.00pm, 36 hours per week over 4 days.

About the role

The successful Project Manager will be actively managing new business opportunities and delivering a range of new build schemes for affordable rent and home ownership across the North West. You will support the Group’s Development programme by managing a wide range of projects from site feasibility, to project completion and beyond.
