Your new company
Your new company is within a local housing association that houses, 6000 mainly family homes in the Fazakerley, Croxteth and Norris Green areas of Liverpool. Our principle activities are the management, maintenance, improvement and development of affordable homes for rent. As the majority landlord in the area they are also actively engaged in a wide range of economic, neighbourhood and community regeneration activities in the area they serve.
Your new role
Your new role is to support a team of 12 resident involvement officers with all aspects of administration. You will also be reporting to a senior member of staff who will require assistance as and when needed. The role will be on a Monday- Friday, 9 till 5 basis.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need experience in administration, it is most desired that you have worked within the Public Sector before and also Housing Associations in particular. You must also be fully proficient on Microsoft Office, most notably on Excel and Word.
What you'll get in return
In return you will have the opportunity to gain experience in a well established Housing Association on a 3 month temporary contract. You will also receive an hourly rate of £10 per hour.
