An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Housing Assistant to join a busy RSL based in Slough.

The permanent position consists of 29 hours a week, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The role has an annual salary of £18,882 plus excellent benefits.

Description

This is a challenging and varied role where you will play an active part in helping and supporting the Housing team. This role is primarily office-based.

However you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Neighbourhood Officers to complete estate inspections and assist with the viewing/letting of our properties and the processing of mutual exchanges, ensuring that our customers receive a high quality housing management service.

As a strong team player you will portray a passion for helping your colleagues and our customers.

Profile

You must be organised, flexible, and helpful. You will also need to be a problem solver, have the ability to multi-task and take responsibility for managing your workload. You will also be experienced in using office based systems including Microsoft Excel.

** Experience in a similar role, and with Mutual Exchanges is essential.

A car driver would be preferable for this role as you will be required to visit properties.
