This position involves the successful applicant to mitigate the impact of the organisations new reform programme by implementing an efficient and proactive resolutions service to affected housing tenants. You will carry out affordability assessments for affected tenants and provide advice on how to manage any impact from new Reforms
Key responsibilities will include; to facilitate a close working relationship with registered providers and relevant internal services.
To support tenants and carrying out assessments to assist with referrals to other departments to provide support and assistance when required.
Candidates should have experience with housing or council tax assessment experience. Knowledge of the Academy system would also be an advantage.
