Housing Administration Assistant - Charnwood

I am currently recruiting for a Housing Administration Assistant based in Charnwood. This is a part time contract working 30 hours a week Monday to Friday 10:00am to 4:30pm.

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Housing Services Team including general administrative tasks and specialised tasks and projects.

Some of your key duties will include :

*To provide administrative support including minute taking, typing documents, minutes and letters, filing, photocopying, answering and dealing with enquiries, telephone and in person, data management, post distribution, manual and electronic system maintenance and development
*To be competent in the use of computer systems such as Word, Excel, databases, and email
*To log purchase orders and deal with invoicing queries
*To be responsible for the distribution and monitoring of the tenancy services in-boxes
*To assist with the preparation and collation of customer profiling information
*Assist with the administration of any customer satisfaction surveys for the housing team including carrying out telephone surveys
*To provide telephone support to the housing team
