We're looking for someone with the passion and proven ability to lead and develop a large team, driving high performance and helping our guests to feel brilliant through a great nights sleep. You’ll play a pivotal part of the Management team, ensuring the successful daily running of the site while driving high performance against key KPI measures. You’ll have experience and be confident when it comes to recruiting and training new team members. With an exceptional eye for detail, working to high spec brand standards, you’ll ensure quality and standards are consistently high. Ideally, you’ll demonstrate the ability to work with systems and be confident in labour and cost controls and management. As part of the hotels management team, reporting to the Operations Manager, our Housekeeping Managers lead their teams to ensure that guests enjoy a consistently perfect Premier Inn stay. Super organized and committed to the highest standards, you'll be all about enabling your team. That includes helping new people to find their way and established team members to develop their skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development. Everything you do, from managing laundry through making sure everything works to controlling the deep cleaning schedule, will impact on guests so you'll be relentlessly focused on ensuring they enjoy the best possible experience.
Ideally, you'll have experience gained in a similar role or environment. So you'll know about and understand housekeeping operations, health and safety and working efficiently. Though more important than that is a flexible, adaptable approach, clear customer focus and an eye for detail as well as being able to lead a team– it's a busy and diverse role where your only aim is to help our guests feel brilliant, through a great night's sleep.
