Housekeeper

Live-Out Housekeeper – North Hertfordshire

We are a leading Hertfordshire business looking for a reliable and experienced housekeeper to help maintain and organise the personal home of our Group CEO and his family.

This role is not simply a cleaning position. We are looking for someone who can take pride in the overall presentation and ensure smooth running of the household.

Location: North Hertfordshire

Position: Live-out

Start date: Summer 2026

Hours: 20–30 hours per week / 3–5 weekdays

Annual Salary: £31,200 (based on maximum 30 hours per week)

Key responsibilities

• Full housekeeping duties including cleaning and tidying
• Laundry and ironing
• Changing bed linen and managing household linens
• Keeping rooms organised and presentable
• Monitoring household supplies and restocking where needed
• Occasional errands
• Light household support with internet orders/returns and such like

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous private household housekeeping experience
• Is organised and takes initiative
• Takes pride in both themselves and the way they work.
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Is trustworthy and discreet
• Is happy working independently
