Main Duties:
- Cleaning and maintaining rooms and communal areas to ensure they are presentable, hygienic, and welcoming for all residents and visitors.
- Dusting and vacuuming various surfaces and floors to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
- Emptying bins regularly and ensuring waste is disposed of in accordance with site procedures.
- Following Health & Safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment and protect the wellbeing of staff and residents.
- Carrying out ad hoc cleaning tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Key Skills:
- Previous professional housekeeping experience.
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and independently.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, and how to use them safely and effectively.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and professional attitude.
- Good communication skills, especially when interacting with residents, colleagues, or visitors.
