Our client is an independent Catholic Benedictine Boarding and Day School for pupils aged 11 – 18, set in a rural location near Turners Hill, West Sussex.  They are currently Household Assistants and a Day House Matron, with shifts as detailed below:

Household Assistants

Salary £13,650 - £15,925 per annum

(Vacancy 1: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday,8.30am-4.30pm, all year round

 Vacancy 2: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday,6.00am- 12.00 noon, all year round)

Responsible for general domestic duties and cleaning within a boarding school environment, focusing mainly on the classroom areas. Candidates should exemplify high standards of cleanliness, have an eye for detail, and have the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Day House Matrons work across two day houses and ensure that study and communal areas are kept clean and tidy. The successful candidates will have experience of working with young people and a sound knowledge of first aid (nursing qualification not required).

Day House Matron

Salary £10,986.05 per annum

(30 hours per week, Monday to Friday,8.30am-2.30pm, term time only)

Day House Matrons work across two day houses and ensure that study and communal areas are kept clean and tidy. The successful candidates will have experience of working with young people and a sound knowledge of first aid (nursing qualification not required).
