House Maintenance Person
Starting Salary of £8,548.80

An opportunity has arisen for a House Maintenance Person to oversee the general maintenance and day-to-day running of one of our Boarding Houses at this 'Excellent in Every Aspect' rated School by the Independent Schools Inspectorate.
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of general maintenance including some basic DIY and cleaning tasks within the Boarding House to ensure it is kept clean, tidy and maintained to the highest standard, both internally and externally. Other duties will include assisting boarders with moving suitcases, trunks, boxes, deliveries and furniture. There may also be the possibility of Team Leader responsibilities.
Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills together with a positive 'can-do' attitude towards work and the ability to work independently and contribute within a team.

This is a permanent position working 20 hours per week, all-year-round (52 weeks per year). The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm plus the occasional weekend day.
