Do you have strong leadership skills? Would you be able to effectively manage a team of ancillary staff to ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards?

This position requires someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and someone who is able to prioritise their workload.

• An understanding of the needs of older people

• Experience of working in a supervisory role

• Good communication skills and a team player

• Availability to work alternate weekends

• Someone with excellent time management skills
