House Coordinator/Deputy Manager required in Ringwood, working for a local Charity

We are working with a charitable organisation based in Ringwood who are looking for a House Coordinator due to expanding their services. The charity supports adults with Learning Difficulties through workshops and day activities and creates a friendly community where everyone feels supported.
Your new role
As a House Coordinator you will be working closely with the Registered Manager making sure that the care plans are closely followed and ensure smooth running of the house. You will be responsible for leading and managing staff that are on duty, working with agreed budgets of the house, recording and writing reports, developing and implementing care plans and negotiating care packages. House Coordinator will also offer hands on approach and will be prepared to carry out support to the residents such as driving them to activities or appointments if needs be.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent and have previous management experience. Successful applicants will have good knowledge of CQC regulations and extensive experience of working with Autism and Asperger's Syndrome. Due to the location of the role and responsibilities that are listed for the role we are only looking for people who have full driving licence.
