You will be a key member of the Venue Management, Point of Sale (POS) and Dining Product team. As a Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the area of system design and configuration, this role is responsible for establishing the configuration based on the needs of the business users, and then carry out the system configuration. As part of quality assurance of the design and configuration, you will support end to end testing and validation.
The role will be responsible for supporting the design and configuration of the various system platforms, including Agilysys (POS), XDine (Venue Management) and Galley Management (QSR). The design and configuration must ensure that guest and end user experience is optimised and in line with brand expectations.
You will have demonstrable experience working with data and system configuration. You will be part of a product team, that is supporting Hotel systems. Experience and knowledge of Hotel systems (Bar, Dining Operations or Entertainment) is of benefit. In this role you will be spending a lot of time working independently. Key is to be motivated when working with data even when tasks are highly repetitive and being able to easily establish patterns and opportunities with the configurations. You will be required to have strong excel experience with the ability to work and manipulate large sets of data.

Ideally you will have experience implementing a POS dining solution and experience of managing system configuration in multiple platforms.
