As a Business Travel Consultant you will provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers and suppliers. Provide guidance and support to clients, using a variety of communication methods to enable the smooth running of day to day operations within the department.
Business Travel Duties;
- Answer telephone queries
- Respond to e-mail queries
- Make bookings on behalf of clients
- Carry out administrative tasks including refunds and invoices
- Use the in-house system to produce invoices and refunds. Understand deadlines and work within those parameters
Ideally you will have come from the travel or hospitality industry, but have a keen interest in getting into business travel.
This role has the benefit of Monday - Friday working hours, with a basic salary plus excellent company benefits.
