My client, a prestigious establishment on the Fylde Coast require a Hotel Receptionist to join their team.
Duties to include:
Providing a warm welcome to guests, building rapport and generally taking care of their needs to create a memorable experience.
Taking reservations and restaurant bookings
Face to face customer enquiries
Ensure that the working area of reception is immaculately presented at all times
Ensure that your work attire is immaculate at all times
Ensure that customer expectations are exceeded at all times
Communicate clearly and effectively to guests and other employees
Be aware of and operate hotel cash handling, security and emergency procedures and report any discrepancies immediately to the Reception Manager.
Your must be smart, reliable, hardworking and have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You will also have the ability to remain calm under pressure. You must have previous experience within a similar environment
This is a full time role for the season based on a rota basis of 40 hours per week with the option of continuing full time past November. Salary based on minimum wage per hour.
