Hotel Receptionist

My client, a busy hotel near Stratford Upon Avon is currently looking for a temporary Hotel Receptionist to help out during busy periods in the lead up to Christmas.

You need to have previous hotel reception experience and knowledge of Opera booking system or a similar hotel reservation system.

Duties will include welcoming guests as they arrive at the hotel, checking guests in and out, issuing keys, taking reservations by telephone or email, preparing bills and dealing with payments, providing guests with information, answer their queries and dealing with any complaints.

You must be smartly presented, professional with a strong emphasis on customer care

Full time hours with shifts of 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm will be required of you 5 out of 7 days.

Due to the location own transport would be preferred but transport may be provided.
