Our Client is looking for a full time hotel receptionist that can work shift patterns
Hours: 42.5 per week either 7am-3.30pm/ 11-7.30pm- 3pm- 11.30pm
Pay - £16k includes uniform & meal on duty
Must be of very smart appearance & meal whilst on duty.
Have excellent telephone manner & be willing to please visitors & guests.
Welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel. Duties include checking guests in and out, issuing keys, and taking reservations by telephone or email, preparing bills and dealing with payments. Provide guests, members & visitors with information, answer their queries and deal with complaints. Be responsible for the implementing & supervising the day to day running of the reception area, Be positively selling the hotel bedrooms & facilities here at all times.
And any such duties and responsibilities as may be determined by the Company from time to time.
