Our client, a prestigious hotel, is seeking to expand their support team with the appointment of an experienced Receptionist.
- Dealing with enquiries and reservations received via telephone, email and internet
- Checking in guests and producing bills on checking out
- General administration
- Offering the highest levels of Customer service at all times
- Excellent communication and Customer service skills
- Good IT Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player
- Previous Hotel Reception experience preferred
Hours of work: shift basis 7.15am - 3.15pm and 3.00pm - 11pm worked on a rota system 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
Salary £16000 - £17000 dependent on experience
