A great opportunity for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join a team based in Reading.
This position will be responsible for the overall administrative tasks relating to managing guests reservations & requirements.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the level of service delivered to guests is of the highest standard.
The candidate will need to be proactive and must have excellent customer service and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
This position has a shift pattern - 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm
Previous experience within the hotel industry desirable.
