As part of our United family, you'll be:
- One of our main point of contact for our guests with a highlighting our "home away from home" approach
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
- Addressing and solving guests’ complaints to turn them into happy guests. (don’t worry we can show you how;-)
- Providing information about us, what we do and the cool London Town.
- Going the extra mile to make sure our guests feel comfortable and at home
- Excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations
- Reliable and able to anticipate guests needs
- Getting involved in team meetings, to give ideas and have a go in some of our exciting projects shown a bit further down

Looking after our team and guests to provide an excellent warm, comfortable and homely experience in the family that is the United Lodge Hotel.
With a selection of unique rooms and apartments located in North London on the eclectic Harringay Green Lanes, opposite the park, and less than a 5 minute walk from Manor House station.
Now coming up to our 4th year running, we are fine tuning and preparing for the next step of growth through expansion. With a new extension (dining and lounge room) in the pipeline, outdoor coffee and food café, and looking at adding cool events to spread our ethos of good vibes to the community as well as our guests.
We are all big on self-development here, and I encourage my team to be learning, to read the books, to watch the videos, listen to the audios that are part of our personal development.
