SALARY: UP TO £32,000 + BONUS ETC, BENEFITS

Berkeley Scott are extremely pleased to be working in partnership with this boutique operator in the Kendal area.

The operation will be very quirky and unique to the Northwest, if not the UK in general. The features are an incredible mix of home-grown and further afield, bringing together a unique metling-pot of philosophies and a great deal of provenance on the F&B side.

This will definitely suit someone who has started off in F&B and has migrated towards a more strategic role within an hotel, and who has had a good deal of involvement in pricing and revenue stream management.

The operator is already very well-regarded in the industry in their own right, and this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved at floor-level, make an indelible mark and make a name for yourself!

The restaurant is medium-sized, the hotel is of boutique, smaller-size, and will leverage a lot of outdoor influences. In addition, once the site is open, there is still plenty of scope to further develop the site and you can really help affect the plans in this regard.

There is a LOT of scope to develop a very individual and exciting hotel!

In return for your experience, influence, talent and dedication to your art, you will be rewarded with a very generous salary of up to £32,000 + other bonus, benefits, with regular salary-related appraisals going forward.
