Having lovingly restored this beautiful venue back to its former glory, our client proudly operates a beautiful, yet busy 3 star hotel in Narberth. Our client has an opening for a Hotel Manager to join their dynamic team, with a salary of upto 30k per annum.

The role:

Ideal for a strong deputy GM looking to take the next step in their career, the role at this beautiful venue is an exciting one! The Proprietors at this venue are extremely passionate about the future of the company, and are excited to work with a hospitality professional who shares their love for the Hospitality industry.

What we are looking for:

•Previous experience within independently run hotels

•The ability to control stock, GPs', costs, budgets, and wastage

•Excellent people, management, organisation, and communication skills

•A passion for delivering excellent customer service

•A hands-on approach and ability to train, motivate and develop a small team

•Holding a personal licence/food safety certificate is desirable but not essential

•Have a real desire to learn and progress within the role

•Be passionate about serving great food and drink

•Ability to remain calm under pressure

•Ability to handle queries and complaints swiftly and professionaly

•Carry out all administrative duties in a timely and effective fashion

• Lead by example, ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the operation
