Financial Controller required at a Boutique Hotel based in Chelsea.

In a nutshell, you are responsible for: 
- Managing a small team covering the full remit of finance
- Supervising a junior up to Trial Balance
- Preparing the monthly financial report and Management Accounts 

Experience with Opera and Sage 50 is advantageous, as is hotel experience. 

In more detail, this means
- Maintenance of all financial records across both hotels
- Statutory returns for VAT & PAYE
- Monthly payroll for 3 companies
- Cashflow
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Manage the Accounts Assistant
- Supervising the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and all Bank Account Reconciliations
- Maintaining the Fixed Assets Register
- Initiating stock take on a monthly basis
- Preparing for audit and ensuring the auditors have access to all relevant material and dealing with their queries

Reporting into the Group Financial Director this is a great opportunity to own the full remit of Finance and work to improve procedures and process'.
