Our client based in Nottingham is looking for a Host/Receptionist to join their team at a Industry Leading Dealership.
As part of ongoing growth strategy they are now looking to recruit professional Host/Receptionist to join their team .
Host/Receptionist Job Summary
The reception/hosting team is the first people customers interact with, so it's therefore vital that the front of house team is passionate about working with people and who want to consistently deliver and exceptional level of service.
The successful applicants will be highly motivated, efficient, organised and have a proven track record within a Car Dealership, and will be responsible for:
·Welcome all visitors to the Dealership, qualify their requirements and direct them to the appropriate Department
·Answer the telephone in the manner directed.
·Spend quality time with customers and giving basic information.
·Ensure the reception area is at all times clean, neat and tidy.
·Ensure the customer waiting area is clean and tidy at all times.
·Maintain administration systems.
Host/Receptionist duties will include:

In addition you will be extremely well presented and hold a clean full UK driving licence.
A full time position, working a fixed five day out of seven days’ work pattern ( Weekend work essential).
