Assistant Manager Role - Birmingham, Professional Services

This is an office-based role that combines administration, customer service, events, and customer relations, meeting a wide range of different people every day. This is a role where you will be networking with a range of different stakeholders in the business, so excellent customer service skills are required.

You will assist with the management of the day-to-day running of the office and take on managerial tasks when required. Other tasks in this role include dealing with customer requests, booking meeting rooms, welcoming clients, covering front of house, and carrying out any ad hoc tasks as needed.
