Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Hospitality Team Leader to join their team. You will be part of the team that provides excellent customer service through a variety of food and beverage outlets across different locations within the business.
Setting up function and meeting rooms
Delivery of food and beverages to a variety of locations
Liaising with the catering team
Support the delivery of training to hospitality team members
Delivering a consistent, professional and friendly service to customers
Ensure that high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
Step-up to cover for supervisor when required
Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a conference or hotel environment
Full UK driving licence
Friendly and helpful disposition
Energetic and positive approach
