We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant for a fantastic Legal client of ours based in the City of London. They are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Office Assistant/ Hospitality assistant to help their team on a temporary basis. JOB ROLE: Hospitality Assistant JOB TYPE: 3 Month ContractCOMPANY: Large professional, corporate environmentHOURS: 09:00 - 17:30SALARY: £10.00 - £11.00 per hourLOCATION: City of LondonDUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
  • Happy to carry adhoc/office assistant duties
  • Ensure kitchens are fully stocked (including fridges)
  • Ensure the coffee machine has enough milk in and has enough coffee beans and chocolate powder.
  • Order drinks and biscuits as and when needed.
  • Order lunches and set the room up, then clear afterwards.
  • Set meetings up as and when booked
  • Check stationery regularly including making sure there are enough toners for each printer.
  • Book couriers (only local not international)
  • Assist with printing, copying, scanning and telephone cover as and when needed.
  • Help out with any other secretarial duties as and when needed.
  • Candidate needs to be willing to get stuck in! Help out and doing anything needed
  • Tidying up as and when appropriate
