Working with the Integrated & Community Services Team - Discharge to Assess Service
We have a vacancy for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our forward thinking, patient focused clinical pharmacy service.
We welcome applications from motivated and driven Pharmacy Technicians with excellent clinical and communication skills. You must be innovative and resourceful and be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. This is an exciting role that will require interaction with a variety of people and healthcare professionals working in both primary and secondary care.
You will play a vital part in ensuring an innovative, patient orientated clinical pharmacy service is delivered throughout our portfolio of community services primarily with the Discharge to Assess Service.
This position is ideally suited to Pharmacy Technicians with a real interest in working with patients in the community and providing excellent patient care in a variety of settings whilst still fulfilling all the duties of a Hospital and Community Pharmacy Technician.
