Homeworking Customer Service
£8.50 per hour - pay rise after 3 Months to £9.00 per hour

Does working from home interest you? Are you looking for a role to fit around you busy schedule? Are you friendly and love helping customers? We are seeking enthusiastic hardworking and self-motivated people to work within customer Service from the comfort of their own home.
You will be:
- First point of contact to all customers
- Investigate customer problems and solve them quickly and efficiently
- Schedule engineers to appointments
- Accurate data entry
- Build and maintain great relationships with both customers and colleagues
- Work to KPI's and team targets

You need:
- Experience within customer service is essential
- You must be positive and friendly with the ability to build rapport with various people
- Must be self-motivated and a problem solver
- Must have strong communication skills
- Polite telephone manner
