Home Manager Needed (Elderly/Residential), Larger Care Home in Chatham, Kent

Working Full Time, Salary around £50,000/yr + Pension + Extensive Company Benefits

Recent Experience Managing Residential Home for Elderly and RMA/NVQ4/QCF 5 or above needed

My client is a Regional care provider with a good reputation, providing care for the Elderly, some with Dementia, in larger and high end Carehomes in the Kent area.

They are looking for a strong Home Manager who can 'hit the ground running' to run their larger sized Residential Home in Chatham, Kent. The home is recently rated with all CQC standards, and recently inspected

Ideally you will have been CQC Registered as a Manager in a similar sized home and hold an NVQ 4 - Care Management/RMA/QCF 5

No Nursing Qualification needed as is Residential Care

The Home:
Large in size (Over 100 beds)
'Good' rating with CQC (Recently Inspected)
Recently Refurbished
Warm, friendly and modern environment
Regional care provider with a good reputation
Offering a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who can really bring something to the home

Qualifications:
QCF 5 - Care Management
NVQ 4 - Care Management or above
RMA
Ideally previously CQC Registered as a Manager
Elderly Experience
No Nursing Qualification needed as is Residential Care

Salary/Benefits:
Around £50,000/yr

Full Time work - Monday to Friday, Some Saturdays may be required subject to business needs (not often)
