Proud to be recruiting on behalf of a first class care home operator who are well regarded nationally as a quality care group with a portfolio of luxury care homes.

The home provides person centred nursing, residential & dementia care in a homely environment with excellent facilities, the home benefits from a very well established staff team including a strong clinical team and was recently rated "Good" with CQC in 2017.


You will be an experienced home manager of a similar service and be committed to delivering quality care in a safe environment, you will be commercially astute and able to lead and promote a multi-skilled staff team. As the successful manager you will boast a strong work ethic and excellent working knowledge of current regs & legislation.

Core Responsibilities:

·To register with CQC as the Registered Manager
·Continue to improve standards and aspire to an Outstanding CQC rating
·Manage and supervise heads of departments to ensure smooth running of the home
·Effectively market and increase occupancy of the home
·Overall responsibility & accountable for the staff and residents within the home

Requirements:
·Proven track record as a manager in the care home sector
·Upto date with current sector legislation
·A firm, supportive & empowering management style
·Level 5 in Leadership & Management
·Commercially astute
·Confident with budgeting, P&L
