An established Insurance intermediary based on Pride Park is recruiting for their General Insurance sales team. Working in a fast paced, vibrant office you will be contacting potential clients to offer them a market leading home insurance product.
You will be expected to;
. Contact outbound clients coming up for renewal
.Take inbound hotkeys from clients looking to review their current cover
.Complete an in-depth fact find to identify the clients demands and needs
.Recommend the most appropriate product
.Adhere to company's compliance standards in line with FCA regulation
.Work towards monthly sales targets and KPI's
.A basic of £17,500 with OTE of £25,000 in year 1 rising to OTE £28k+ in year 2
.End of year bonus scheme in addition to OTE
.Full training provided in line with the company procedure

Required experience and skills
.Sales and financial services experience are preferred but not required
.Outstanding communication skills
.Experience of influencing people or upselling/cross selling would be an advantage but not essential
.Attention to detail
.Good computer literacy
.Confident, outgoing, resilient and competitive
.Monday - Thursday 12midday - 8pm Friday 11- 7pm and one compulsory Saturday in the month 10am to 12:30pm
