Your new role
This role presents an exciting opportunity to deliver the organisations objective that will assist residents, particularly those in or at risk of falling into fuel poverty, with energy efficiency advise and support to help reduce utility bills, as well as advising on how to use heating and hot water system. You will be working with the senior energy adviser, the home energy adviser will deliver face-to-face energy and water saving advice to both individuals and groups of residents and input into the on-going development of the service. The adviser will work with both internal staff and external agencies to raise awareness of the service, generate visits and maintain referral processes.
What you'll need to succeed
My client would like you to have experience delivering advice service to clients from varied background preferably with a working knowledge of fuel poverty issues and energy efficiency.
