We are recruiting Field Care Supervisors in Buckingham and Aylesbury now for an interesting and rewarding job looking after home care clients near where you live. You might be a team leader, or senior carer, and want something more challenging, and further training so that you can develop and progress in your career. This is a quality control position with a home care provider with an excellent reputation in the area. You will be doing assessments, reviews, care assistant spot checks and supervisions as well as ensuring that our teams of carers provide a high standard of care.

You will be paid a salary of between £17,000 (for those with no experience as a team leader) to £23,000 or more if you have extensive experience as a supervisor.
You will have a company car which is fully paid for by the company, so you do not have any insurance or maintenance costs. You are able to use the car for reasonable private use.
You will also receive a contributory pension, mileage, holiday pay and quarterly discretionary bonus.

You will be responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Principal responsibilities
  • Support and manage a team of Care & Support Workers
  • To be on-call in case of emergency
  • To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator
  • Act as a link between the client and the office
  • Oversee care quality control
  • Monitor and supervise care service
