Home Care Coordinator

Network Healthcare are a Leading Healthcare Company in the South Gloucestershire Area, specialising in Domiciliary Care. With a well versed and experienced care team, we are currently looking to recruit for a Home Care Coordinator, who will work with the registed manager to complete the day-to-day running of our Chipping Sodbury Branch.

The Care Coodinator Role:

At Network Healthcare out care coordinators must work with the registered manager to ensure the safety of both Clients and Carers alike. The job also requires you to:

Ensure that the training requirements are kept up to date and allocated by an administrator.

Ensure the most effective allocation of work/care calls.

Ensuring that all care calls are delivered

Understand, Interpret and apply legislation, contracts and regulartions, ensuring compliance.

Manage the workforce by supervisions and Senior Care Staff.

Requirements:

A full DBS to be completed on successful candidates

Full UK Driving Licence

Previous Senior Care experience (Preferably as a coordinator)

A can do attitude with a keenness to learn and work as part of a successful team.
