Make a Lasting Impact as a Remote Mortgage Expert:

• Lead Generation and Management: Receive a steady stream of 10-12 new build and shared ownership mortgage leads per week from leading UK sources.
• Client Engagement: Foster trust and guide new Hertfordshire clients through the mortgage selection process, offering comprehensive whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice. Aim to secure 1-2 successful mortgage completions per week.
• Tailored Mortgage Solutions: Craft fee-based and non-fee-based mortgage solutions to cater to diverse client needs, based on the introducer’s requirements.
• Proactive Business Development: Complement the provided leads by actively reaching out to new build developers in Hertfordshire, expanding your client base and generating additional opportunities.
• Streamlined Process Management: Handle new build mortgage inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth client experience and securing their commitment to their chosen properties.
• Remote Work Advantage: Enjoy the flexibility of performing all duties from a comfortable and well-equipped home office environment, with all necessary IT equipment provided by the company.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: Up to £29k, including car allowance.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): Between £55k - £65k.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned New Build Mortgage Advisor or Broker with a proven track record of success in mortgage and protection advice, with a particular expertise in Hertfordshire’s new build market.
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Residency in the Hertfordshire area is a requirement.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to build rapport with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.
• Clean credit history, no complaints or disciplinary issues, and a full UK driving licence are mandatory.
