My clients own a group of large modern Holiday Parks situated in the beautiful village of Woolacombe, home to Britain's best beach.
They are part of a leading independent holiday company and offer customers self-catering accommodation in a range of sizes to suit all budgets.
They are now currently looking to recruit a new Retail Manager for this season with an exciting opportunity to inject cultural change and to bring fresh ideas to the business!
-We are looking for a well presented, organised individual to Supervise our retail outlets across the Parks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the retail units, selling surf wear along with Park Merchandise.
This position is hands on and we are looking for a customer focused individual who is prepared to serve in the shop at times as well as supervising other team members across the Parks.
You will be responsible for effective running of the stores by delivering enhanced sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service delivery and ensuring that daily duties are performed by the team in a positive atmosphere.
·To ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided in the retail outlets.
·To plan, apply and monitor the required measures in order to maximise sales.
·To ensure and collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimise selling space in order to obtain maximum profitability
·To be familiar with the collection, and control and manage the stock to maximize sales
·To act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team
·To train new employees
·To lead and motivate the team, ensuring the development of staff potential
·To plan, organise, prioritise and distribute tasks,optimising resources and minimising costs
-Retail experience and own transport essential.
-Full time, seasonal position and will turn to permanent if successful.
